For costume or prop builds, make sure you include the following:
- Project delivery date
- Approximate budget
- Clear reference images of the prop or costume you’d like us to make. If a costume, please include at least a front and back view as well as any accessories
- End goal of the project – is it a video for social media? A cosplay for a trade show booth? A giveaway item for your brand’s social media?
- For items that are part of influencer kits or small batch production items, let us know the quantity of items (maximums will apply depending on complexity as we are a very small studio)
Please note, we will not make replicas of realistic or real world firearms
For events & convention appearances, please include the following:
- Event dates
- Event location
- Nature of the event (pop culture convention, esports event, brand activation etc)
- Expected budget (or contact us for our appearance fees)
- Expected duties – cosplay competition judging, speaking on panels, presenting cosplay or propmaking workshops, etc
